Florissant Fire Protection District has proposed acquiring bids for an Impact Fee Study for NEW residential and commercial construction. Bids for this study should include:

 

• A cost for the study.
• At least 3 other Impact Fee Studies done by the company submitting the bid.
• Timeline for how long the study would take after bid being awarded.

 

Bids must be submitted no later than April 1st, 2026.
