Florissant First! is a plan being developed by the FFPD Board of Directors to identify options to increase revenues for capitalization to meet current and future FFPD emergency response needs. The goal is to receive public feedback and finalize the plan for voter approval during the November 2026 election. Any revenue increase approved by the voters would be effective no sooner than for 2026 tax assessments paid in 2027
