Welcome Back Debbie Blanc
The Florissant Fire Protection District is pleased to welcome Debbie Blanc back to the
FFPD Board of Directors. On September 16, 2026, the Board unanimously approved Mrs.
Blanc's appointment to the Board. She will serve the remainder of the term through June
2027.
Mrs. Blanc fills the seat held by Paul Del Toro, whose service and dedication to
the District and our community are deeply missed.
Mrs. Blanc previously served on the Board as Secretary from June 2025 through January
2026 and returns with firsthand knowledge of District operations. A Florissant resident
who lives in Indian Creek, she brings a background in government audit and compliance,
including legislation and staff management. She knows our community, our growth, and
what it takes to protect the people and properties of the District.
